• Bins are washed and sanitised on weekdays between 09:30 – 19:30

• Should your bin not be cleaned on your Municipal emptying day it will be cleaned the following day between 09:30-18:00. If your bin is still full it will be abandoned for the next week.

• Failing to pay an invoice could result in your account being handed over to Legal Track for professional debt collection.

• Over the festive season we close for 2 weeks for our annual “builder’s” holiday. The 2 cleans (weekly clients only) you will miss, and still be billed for, will be made up for in the 5 week months where the 5th clean will not be charged for.
