Bins are washed and sanitised on weekdays between 09:00 and 19:30 (in Summer, Sept-Apr) and 18:00 (in Winter, May-Aug), on the day that your Municipality empties your bin. We follow our own schedule, and not that of the Municipality, so please leave your bin out for the day.
Should your bin not be cleaned, usually due to Municipal trucks running late or not running at all, it will be washed and sanitised the following day between 09:00 and 18:00, provided the bin is empty. If the bin is not empty, it will then be abandoned for the following week.
Over the festive season we close for 2 weeks for our annual “builder’s” holiday as staff head home to the Eastern Cape to be with their families and children. The 2 cleans (weekly clients only) you will miss, and still be billed for, will be made up for in the 5 week months where the 5th clean will not be charged for
The payment of an invoice is due upon presentation of the invoiceas we invoice in arrears on or around the 22nd of each month. Failing to pay an invoice could result in your account being handed over to Legal Track for professional debt collection and this process may result in you being blacklisted if your account is not settled in full.
