The payment of an invoice is due upon presentation of the invoice as we invoice in arrears. Failing to pay an invoice could result in your account being handed over to Legal Track for professional debt collection and this process may result in you being blacklisted if your account is not settled in full.

Bins are washed and sanitised on weekdays between 09:00 and 19:30 (in Summer, Sept-Apr) and 18:00 (in Winter, May-Aug), on the day that your Municipality empties your bin.

Should your bin not be emptied, usually due to Municipal trucks running late or not running at all, it will be washed and sanitised the following day between 09:00 and 18:00, provided the bin is empty. If the bin is not empty, it will then be abandoned for the following week.
