    • Bins are washed and sanitised on weekdays between 09:30 - 19:30

    • Should your bin not be cleaned on your Municipal emptying day it will be cleaned the following day between 09:30-18:00.

    • Failing to pay an invoice could result in your account being handed over to Legal Track for professional debt collection.

    • Over the festive season we close for 2 weeks for our annual holiday. The 2 cleans (weekly clients only) you will miss, and still be billed for, will be made up for in the 5 week months at no charge.

    Please make a note of some T&Cs

    • There are no contracts or agreements. You pay and we clean. If you want us to stop cleaning, let us know by calling 021-558-4040 or email accountsct@kleenbin.com and we’ll stop. That simple.

    • Bins are washed and sanitised on weekdays between 09:00 and 19:00 (in Summer, Sept-Apr) and 18:00 (in Winter, May-Aug), on the day that your Municipality empties your bin.

    • Should your bin not be emptied, usually due to Municipal trucks running late or not running at all, it will be washed and sanitised the following day between 09:00 and 16:00, provided the bin is empty and we have the capacity. If the bin is not empty, it will then be abandoned for the following week.

    • Electronic payment can be made upon presentation of an invoice, which will be sent monthly, in arrears, on or around the 22nd of each month.
