Please make a note of some T&Cs
There are no contracts or agreements. You pay and we clean. If you want us to stop cleaning, let us know by calling 021-558-4040 or email accountsct@kleenbin.com and we’ll stop. That simple.
Bins are washed and sanitised on weekdays between 09:00 and 19:00 (in Summer, Sept-Apr) and 18:00 (in Winter, May-Aug), on the day that your Municipality empties your bin.
Should your bin not be emptied, usually due to Municipal trucks running late or not running at all, it will be washed and sanitised the following day between 09:00 and 16:00, provided the bin is empty and we have the capacity. If the bin is not empty, it will then be abandoned for the following week.
Electronic payment can be made upon presentation of an invoice, which will be sent monthly, in arrears, on or around the 22nd of each month.
